What is a Live Dental CE Webcast Like?

ACES online classroom helps bring the experience of a classroom meeting to your computer. You will see and hear the course presenter. You will also see the presenter's PowerPoint presentation as they go through their seminar.

All our courses are taught live - they are NOT pre-recorded. You will be able to interact with the course presenter and other participants in real-time. The presenter will address your comments or questions just like in a hotel-based seminar.

When you enroll for a course, you will be sent an email with all the information you will need to attend the online course. You will be able to download your course syllabus in advance of the course start time and have it with you during your webinar.

Will I Need Special Computer Equipment?

No. If you can hear sound on your computer or mobile device, then you can attend a live webinar.

To participate in the seminar you will need a computer or mobile device that has sound capability and internet access. The course will work on Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, and iOS and Android mobile systems. There is no software to download. The webinar is completely web-based and will run automatically once you enter the online classroom.

Will ACES Seminars Work On My Tablet or Mobile Device?

YES! ACES webinars work on all Apple and Android powered mobile devices.

Your mobile device must be able to access the internet throughout the entire live seminar for participation. No special application is required to participate - the system is all web-based.

Are ACES Webcasts Interactive?

YES! Participants are encouraged to ask questions and make comments. You can interact by typing your questions on the special webcast chat board. If you have a microphone on your computer, you can directly speak with the moderator. The course is conducted in real-time.

Do I Need Any Computer Skills to Participate?

The ACES system is really! All you need to do is click on the webinar link in the email we send you right after you place your order. By clicking on this link right away, it will activate a series of reminder emails up to the day of your webinar.

Do Live Webcasts Qualify as Live CE Units?

Thousands of dentists, hygienists and assists have earned LIVE dental continuing education credits taking A.C.E.S. live, interactive dental webinar courses.

All ACES dental webcast seminars are given in real-time in our virtual classroom. Nothing is pre-recorded. All courses are fully interactive and allow real-time interaction with the presenter.

Please check with your state dental board if you have any questions on how your state will credit you for taking an A.C.E.S. live webcast course.

Are ACES Seminars Accredited?

ADA CERP Recognition:

What happens if I miss a class or need to reschedule a purchased course?

If you missed a course or need to make changes for a course you have ordered, ACES is happy to reschedule you to any other scheduled course we offer. There are no cancellation or change fees for adjusting your course schedule. To get a replacement course, you must contact ACES within six months of the missed course, and it must fall within the same renewal period.

To reschedule a continuing education course or to request a refund, please email aces@aces4ce.net. Please include your name, the course to be rescheduled (or refunded) and the replacement course (with date) that you desire. ACES will promptly process your request and supply you with any information needed to take your substitute course.

What are ACES Cancellation and Refund Policies?

If you need to cancel a course and wish for a refund, ACES will refund 100% of the fees for all courses to be refunded. Refunds will be made back to the original credit card or payment method used by the purchaser.
