Do ACES Webcasts Qualify as Live CE Units?

Yes! All of our courses are taught live - they are not pre-recorded. You can interact with the course presenter and other participants in real-time. Have a question during the course? Use the chat feature within the class to ask the instructor.

If you have any questions regarding how your state will credit you for taking an ACES live webcast course, please check with your respective state dental board.

Will ACES Seminars Work on My Tablet or Mobile Device?

Yes! ACES webinars work on all Apple, Android and other devices.

The ACES system is web-based, so your mobile device must have access to the internet or use cellular data throughout the entire live seminar to participate.

The course will work on Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, and iOS and Android mobile systems. You do not need to download any software or apps to participate. The webinar will run automatically once you enter the online classroom. We recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser to access the online classroom.

Pro tip: Simply click the webinar link in the email we send you right after you place your order. By clicking on this link right away, it will activate a series of reminder emails up to the day of your webinar.

An internet connection and a charged device are all you need to participate in our courses. It is best to click the webinar link at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time to make sure you are able to enter the class. If you have any issues entering a course, email us at aces@aces4ce.net or call us at 888-844-ACES and we will assist.

Are ACES Webcasts Interactive?

Yes! Participants are encouraged to ask questions and make comments. You can interact by typing your questions on the special webcast chat board. Since all courses are in real-time, instructors will see your questions and comments as soon as you submit them.

Need Technical Support During a Webinar?

All customers have access to technical assistance while taking an online course. ACES has representatives on standby during all live webinars to aid customers with any questions they may have during a webinar. If you have any questions about how to take a webinar or need technical assistance before, during, or after a live webinar, please either email us at aces@aces4ce.net or call us at 888-844-2237.

Is there an Exam for ACES Courses?

Every ACES course concludes with a short exam covering the main points of the lecture. Instructions on how to complete the exam online are located at the end of your syllabus. An additional copy of the online exam is also provided in the course syllabus. If you have any issues entering the online exam system, please email us at aces@aces4ce.net or call us at 888-844-ACES and we will assist.
