Bone Rejuvenation: Including Digital Implant Bridges

Course Description:
Today, using CBCT and oral scanners, we can increase maxillary & mandibular ridge thickness, place precise implants, and create a14 unit milled BruxZir bridge. This course will discuss these techniques, and well as how to use the patient’s own blood to grow bone back in 2-3 months - using Platelet Rich Fibrin. Bone rejuvenation in different areas of the mouth will be covered, and discussion of the four simple principles to grow bone will be reviewed. Sinus surgery techniques will also be discussed.
After completing this course, the clinician will understand:
- How to replace bone in the thin boney ridges and the palatal sinus.
- How to grow bone in 2-3 months using the patient’s own blood.
- The principles of constructing a bridge.
- When to use bridges vs implants.
- How to place digital implants and bridges using CBCT and oral scanners.
- How to make complete bridges with 3 D Printing or Milling.
