What is a Live Dental CE Webcast Like?

A.C.E.S. online classroom helps bring the experience of a classroom meeting to your computer. You will see and hear the course presenter. You will also see the presenter's PowerPoint presentation as they go through their seminar.

All our courses are taught live - they are NOT pre-recorded. You will be able to interact with the course presenter and other participants in real-time. The presenter will address your comments of questions just like in a hotel-based seminar.

When you enroll for a course, you will be sent an email with all the information you will need to attend the online course. You will be able to download your course syllabus in advance of the course start time and have it with you during your webcast seminar.

Will I Need Special Computer Equipment?

NO! If you can hear sound on your computer (music, video or other sound), then you can attend a live webcast. A.C.E.S. seminars work on both Microsoft and Apple systems.

ACES online classroom system works on both PC and MAC type computers. There is no software to download. The online seminar is completely web-based and will run automatically once you enter the online classroom.

ACES webcasts do not run on iPads at this time because they do not support Flash. Our program will run on many tablets that support Flash such as many Android-based tablets.

Are A.C.E.S. Webcasts Interactive?

YES! Participants are encouraged to ask questions and make comments. You can interact by typing your questions on the special webcast chat board. If you have a microphone on your computer, you can directly speak with the moderator. The course is conducted in real-time.

Do I Need Any Computer Skills to Participate?

NO! You will receive an email from A.C.E.S. giving easy to follow instructions on how to enter our online classroom. It is really as easy as clicking on a link in your welcome email. Clicking the link will take you straight into the online classroom.

A welcome screen will appear. You will be asked to enter your name, location and email address. The online classroom will automatically open on your computer after you enter that information.

Do Live Webcasts Qualify as Live CE Units?

Thousands of dentists, hygienists and assists have earned LIVE dental continuing education credits taking A.C.E.S. live, interactive dental webinar courses.

All A.C.E.S. dental webcast seminars are given in real-time in our virtual classroom. Nothing is pre-recorded. All courses are fully interactive and allow real-time interaction with the presenter.

Please check with your state dental board if you have any questions on how your state will credit you for taking an A.C.E.S. live webcast course.

Are A.C.E.S. Seminars Accredited?

A.C.E.S. (Advanced Continuing Educations Systems) is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider for Dental Continuing Education.

What happens if I miss a class or need to reschedule a purchased course?

If you missed a course or need to make changes for a course you have ordered, ACES is happy to reschedule you to any other scheduled course we offer. There are no cancellation or change fees for adjusting your course schedule.

To reschedule a continuing education course or to request a refund, please email aces@aces4ce.net. Please include your name, the course to be rescheduled (or refunded) and the replacement course (with date) that you desire. ACES will promptly process your request and supply you with any information needed to take your substitute course.

What are ACES Cancellation and Refund Policies?

If you need to cancel a course and wish for a refund, ACES will refund 100% of the fees for all courses to be refunded. Refunds will be made back to the original credit card or payment method used by the purchaser.
